The RAFFLE put on by Don & Noreen Munroe was a great success, and raised over $760.00 for breast cancer research.

TO ALL CLARK/VME EMPLOYEES

I am sure that many of you did not have the opportunity to buy or receive Clark/VME mementos over the years that you were employed.  In looking over everything that I have acquired or been given over the 35+ years that I worked there, I decided that I did not need everything and now have a better need.

The following items  (and hopefully others) will be sold in a raffle to benefit breast cancer research.  Unfortunately our oldest daughter Cathy found tumours in March and was operated on . Fortunately she was “green-lights” through the system and was operated on April 18 and again on May 3.  She has started Chemo Therapy and appears to be progressing quite well.  Throughout all of this she has been very strong and optimistic and getting fantastic help from the breast cancer groups.

The raffle will be 1 ticket for a Toonie or 3 for $5.00.

There will be a display and many people will be selling tickets at the reunion.
